With over 2 years of imput from 30 coffee professionals across the globe, the strada (Street in Italian) is named, and designed for the barista. With a platform designed to provide an expansive work area, the lower profile encourages engagement from people on both sides of the espresso bar.

Programmable doses, saturated groups, and proportional steam valve technology
Build in auto-volumnetrics guarantee repeatability adn consistency when the line is the longest. Paired with unsurpassed thermal stability, and a lever-activated steam valve, the Strada ensures the barista has room to work, interact with the customer, and make fantastic coffees.
