Jon - President
Jon's hospitality journey began as a dishwasher in an Italian restaurant, working his way through every position in both front and back of the house. His dedication to hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to guest experience shaped his career. Transitioning to the corporate side, Jon honed his skills in operations, strategy, and business development. In 2010, he founded Espresso Soci, building it from the ground up with the same determination. As President, Jon leads with a focus on quality, service, and innovation, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Linda - Vice President of Operations
Linda blends creativity with operational excellence. Before joining Espresso Soci, she was a successful advertising executive, specializing in strategy, brand growth, and team leadership. After taking time off to raise her family, Linda returned to work with a fresh perspective and strengthened multitasking and problem-solving skills. At Espresso Soci, she drives efficiency, optimizes processes, and ensures smooth execution across all departments.
Jake - Director of Partnerships
Jake is an experienced business leader with a background in sales, operations, and analytics. As Director of Partnerships at Espresso Soci, he leverages his expertise to build strategic collaborations and accelerate business growth. Previously, Jake held key roles at PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, and Bel Brands USA, where he led strategies to optimize revenue and market expansion. Jake is passionate about creating partnerships that drive mutual value and long-term success.
